Energy-saving pulse aeration system for MBR membrane
RICH KIRIN has created an energy-saving pulse aeration system that uses large bubbles for indirect aeration. This improves membrane cleaning, reduces energy consumption by 40%, and lowers the gas-water ratio to 6:1 in municipal wastewater treatment, aligning with national dual-carbon goals.
RICH KIRIN has a new energy-saving pulse aeration that uses gas energy storage and a carefully designed internal structure to convert continuous inlet air into intermittent atmospheric release, improving the scrubbing efficiency of the membrane curtain.
RICH KIRIN energy-saving pulse aeration system:
1.The aeration box functions as a removable air separation device, enabling continuous energy storage in six to eight clusters of larger bubbles, thereby increasing the bubble's surface area.
2.It utilizes a special air intake channel gas distribution design to ensure more uniform gas distribution in multiple groups of air collection chambers and also provides an emergency outlet.
3. The system features a large-diameter diamond-shaped cover and air outlet. Additionally, the bottom of the aerator is equipped with a sludge discharge port to prevent impurities in the sludge from blocking the airflow.
During MBR operation, more than 70% of total power consumption is due to aeration. By using RICH KIRIN pulse aeration, aeration can be reduced by over 40%, leading to significant cost savings.
RICH KIRIN's energy-saving pulse aeration combined with their proprietary UPVC seven-connected water collection system of MBR membrane original, provides higher water production efficiency, greater anti-pollution capability, and lower energy consumption. These new high-efficiency and energy-saving MBR membrane products aim to offer users better quality products and services.
